Questions, answered softly

Orders leave the garden within 2–3 business days and usually arrive within a week. Shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise a flat rate applies at checkout. Online orders only — there is no storefront or pickup.

If something arrives broken or isn't right, write within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Because everything is made in small batches, we can't restock opened jars — they're yours to keep.

Herbs are cut fresh, bruised by hand, and steeped in grape alcohol for six weeks — turned daily, strained through muslin, and bottled with a hand-written label. Every batch is small enough to count.

Nearly everything is grown in our own garden, harvested at its peak. The few things we can't grow — olive oil, beeswax from a neighbor's hive — come from people we know by name.
